Game Designer

We are looking for Game Designers (at all levels) to work as part of our development team making AAA games in Unreal Engine by helping make industry-leading game features and player mechanics.


You must be able to work closely with individuals in the other development disciplines to create industry-leading game features and player mechanics for a rewarding player experience.


The Game Designer will take design ownership of one or multiple features, responsible for conception, implementation, balancing and documentation. They will assist the production team in managing team-wide communication and ensure that their features are delivered to a high quality on time.



  • Will create new and exciting features and content based on the creative direction set by leads and/or directors.

  • Maintain frequent and effective communication with the rest of the design team as well as external partners.

  • Implement game mechanisms using visual scripting and proprietary system tools.

  • Create and maintain design documentation.

  • Organize the user testing and reviews of their features and work.

  • Respond and implement feedback from reviews and playtests.



  • Able to concisely articulate game concepts and analyse game mechanics.

  • Hands-on experience with design tools and proficiency with Unreal Engine.

  • Experience with gameplay scripting required i.e. Blueprints.

  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills.

  • Capable of analysing features and understating their needs and dependencies.



  • Experience with multiplayer games is a plus.

  • Experience with character action and open-world genres is a plus.

  • Experience in system design and balancing is a plus.
